In advance of your wedding we will contact you to discuss your special requirements and to review your arrangements so that we can work around them. If the venue is not known to us we will visit it a few days beforehand so as to familiarise ourselves with the layout. We also introduce ourselves to the minister or registrar as a matter of courtesy and discuss with them where we can photograph during the ceremony if that is allowed.
